The hotel is set in a stunning location right across from the Loch, with lovely furnishings and a homely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. However, the service could use improvement, especially regarding security and attention to guests' needs. Overall, it's a charming place but not without its quirks.

The hotel has a breathtaking location with fantastic views of Schiehallion, and I was lucky enough to wake up to a stunning view over the loch each morning. The rooms were nice and spacious, but I ended up missing out on those amazing views since mine was at the rear.
